OUTPLACEMENT SERVICES

Services for employers following a restructure where positions have been disestablished and the organisation would like to offer outplacement services for those people who have been impacted by the changes. Or for people whose position has been made redundant or other circumstances that have impacted employment.

A customised package will be built based on the person's or oganisation's needs which may include coaching session/s, resume coaching/writing, coaching for responding to position criteria and interview skills coaching. Personality and behavioural profiling or career profiling may also be recommended.
