HR CONSULTANCY FOR INDIVIDUALS

A session for individuals who require HR advice, coaching and/or support.

People seeking this service may not have a specific HR department at their workplace or may want confidential and independent advice based on their circumstances. Or perhaps you are a manager or HR professional needing some additional support or mentoring in managing HR related matters.

 

Sessions may cover enquiries and advice about:

• Workplace entitlements, policies and procedures

• Bullying and harassment matters and other inappropriate treatment

• Complaint matters

• Performance management

• Termination and redundancy

• Matters relating to experiences with their colleagues or manager

• Leadership/management coaching

• Managing staff matters

• And much more!

Investment is $150 per hour (pro-rata per 15 minute block).
